Call our local Luminary Hospice offices 24 hours, seven days a week. A team member will provide a seamless and efficient referral process.

We provide hospice services wherever the patient calls home. We are currently serving the following counties in Indiana: Boone, Hendricks, Hancock, Hamilton, Johnson, Marion, Morgan, and Shelby; and the following countines in Ohio: For Ohio: Delaware, Fairfield, Franklin, Knox, Licking, Madison, Pickaway, Union. A team member will contact all responsible parties to schedule family consultations and/or patient assessments.
